Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
DELIVERY TIME
Estimated U.S. delivery time is approximately 7–9 business days after the order has been processed.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier operations, severe weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
SHIPPING COSTS
Available shipping methods and any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
If an order qualifies for free shipping, this will be displayed during checkout.
TRACKING
When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation containing their tracking details.
Please allow some time after receiving a tracking number for the carrier's tracking system to update.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location, with household members, neighbors, building management, and the shipping carrier.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
